What you’ll do
•Partner closely with Adobe’s Employee Experience organization to provide solutionsoriented, risk-based legal guidance on all aspects of employment law.
•A key focus area for this role will be to partner with Adobe’s Employee Resource Center, ashared services team, to help drive best practices and scale day-to-day processes.•Typical areas of focus include handling complex employee relations matters andinvestigations, advising on compensation practices, non compete and confidentialitymatters and general compliance with Indian employment regulations..•This role will also identify requirements and help drive proactive scalable compliancetraining solutions with the Compliance and Employee Experience teams and willmanage outside counsel on employment-related claims and litigation.
What you need to succeed
•A primary degree in law from a premier Indian University .•A minimum of 8 years of relevant India-based employment law experience at areputable law firm and in-house at a multi-national company. Experience workingin-house in the IT sector, or for a U.S. based experience a plus.•Specialist knowledge of employment law and regulations of India.•Excellent judgment, communication (verbal and written) and fluency in English,organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively acrossmultiple groups and functions.•A commitment to develop a deep understanding of Adobe’s business and strategicobjectives and the ability to translate those objectives to provide practical, business-oriented counseling.•A self-starter who operates independently in a fast-paced, global environment.•An approachable, easygoing and flexible manner with a great sense of humor.•Ability to travel to the US as needed.
