Required Skill set:
10 to 12 years of experience in Java/J2EE development projects with 4+ years of experience in people management, preferably with companies that engage customers on digital platform.
Strong technical background in Java/J2EE, Spring, Oracle PL/SQL and UNIX.
Well versed with Java Webservices (Restful and SOAP), SOA Architecture and strong in XML.
Experience in Cloud Adapation projects, Should have good knowledge on AWS, Doker & Openstack.
Experience in working on Dev-Ops based projects and Dev Ops tools like Jenkins, GIT, JIRA, HP Fortify, Jacaco and Sonarcube etc.
Knowledge of Analytics Platforms like Elastic Search, Kibana, Apache Spark and Splunk will be added advantage.
Experience in migration of Projects to Cloud will be added advantage.
Experience in working on Agile methodologies like SCRUM.
Strong planning, coordination and project / program management skills, including resource supply and demand planning.
Exceptional communication skills including negotiation and influence management.
Should have effective presentation skills, able to prepare/present at executive teams and stakeholders.
Manage the high performing team of 12-15 members, aligning them with the organizational priorities and deliver the results
